Kate Hudson might have a fourth baby in her future.
The 43-year-old actress noted in a new interview that she’s “been having children [her] entire adult life” and hasn’t necessarily ruled out stopping.
“I’ve got my 4-year-old, and I’ve got a kid in college,” Hudson told Byrdie of daughter Rani and 18-year-old son Ryder, respectively, in a cover story published Monday.
“I don’t even know if I’m done yet,” the “Fool’s Gold” star, who is also the mother of 11-year-old son Bingham, continued. “You know, I don’t have that answer yet.”
Hudson noted that she often checks in with herself while making life decisions, asking questions about what will make her happiest.
The Oscar nominee gave the magazine examples, saying, “Where am I at? And do I feel good? And do I feel healthy? And how are my kids? How’s my relationship? … Where do I need to spend some time refocusing?”
Hudson has previously hinted at her plans for more kids with her fiancé, Danny Fujikawa, saying on the “Today” show in 2019 that the musician, 36, needs “his own boy.”
The Fabletics co-founder said, “I always thought I’d have four to six kids. … At one point I was like, ‘Maybe I’m done,’ and then I met Danny and I was like, ‘All right, well, I got to pop them out for him.'”
Hudson and Fujikawa welcomed Rani in October 2018 and got engaged in September 2021.
As for Ryder and Bingham, Hudson shares her boys with ex-husband Chris Robinson and ex-fiancé Matt Bellamy, respectively.
Last month, Hudson spoke to the Sunday Times about co-parenting with her former partners.
“It might not look traditional from the outside, but on the inside I feel like we’re killing it,” she gushed in November. “The unit that I’ve created with three children with three different fathers is a seriously strong unit, and it’s ours.”
The “Glass Onion” star explained that the exes have “re-establish[ed] a different kind of love,” adding, “You can have an amazing time with an ex-partner because you’re really only focused on the love of your child.”
