David Schwimmer denies ‘spending time’ with Jennifer Aniston

They’re really just friends.

Fans of beloved on-again, off-again TV couple Ross Gellar and Rachel Greene will have to continue to wait for the real-life version to get together, as David Schwimmer officially denied reports that he and Jennifer Aniston have been “spending time” together.

A rep for Schwimmer told the UK Sun there is “no truth” to the rumors that he and Aniston are dating.

Page Six has reached out to his rep for comment.

Rumors of their real-life romance kicked off when a source claimed to Closer magazine that taping the reunion “stirred up feelings” for them.

“They began texting immediately after filming and, just last month, David flew from his home in New York to see Jen in LA,” the insider claimed.

The source added that Aniston has been cooking dinners for Schwimmer at her home and they’d been spotted visiting a winery in Santa Barbara, Calif., together.

The former “Friends” co-stars sent fans into a frenzy when they revealed during the reunion that they had crushes on each other.

“The first season, I had a major crush on Jen,” Schwimmer, 54, admitted. “At some point we were both crushing hard on each other — but it was like two ships passing [in the night], because one of us was always in a relationship.

“We never crossed that boundary — we respected that,” Schwimmer claimed.

“The Morning Show” star, 52, admitted she also had feelings for him and joked about how they didn’t want their first kiss to be on the show.

“I remember saying at one point to David, ‘It’s going to be such a bummer if the first time you and I actually kiss is … on national television!’ Sure enough, the first time we kissed was in that coffee shop,” Aniston said during the “Friends” fête.

“So we just channeled all of our adoration and love for each other into Ross and Rachel.”
