What a downward-facing dog.
Adam Levine’s former yoga instructor claims she too was a recipient of a flirty text from the Maroon 5 frontman.
Alanna Zabel — the fourth woman to speak out against Levine — took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to “let it all out.”
“Long overdue #ExposeAdamLevine,” she captioned her post.
Zabel, who said she worked for Levine from 2007 to 2010, alleged her rock-star client told his friends she had the “best ass in town and it was cute.”
“One day he texted me saying, ‘I want to spend the day with you naked,'” she further claimed.
Zabel alleged that the shocking message led to a physical altercation with her then-boyfriend but subsequently denied that Levine had any responsibility for the incident.
Reps for Levine declined to comment.
Although the yogi initially said she wanted to “expose” the “She Will Be Loved” singer, she then appeared to backtrack by coming to his defense.
“Firstly, Adam’s text was not wrong, IMO [in my opinion],” she wrote on Wednesday in the caption of a video of her and Levine practicing yoga together on Instagram.
She then added, “Secondly, Adam was not responsible for my abusive ex boyfriend, or his actions.”
Zabel explained that the reason she decided to come forward was because she was “disappointed” by the former “The Voice” coach’s response to other allegations made about him.
“When you look at the Cause and Effect that came from Adam’s one text, either flirtatious or mis-sent, we can see how cautious and mindful we should be with our actions, and how they affect others,” she wrote.
Zabel’s allegations came as Levine was already under fire for allegedly sending inappropriate messages to several women while married to Behati Prinsloo.
The first accuser, an Instagram model named Sumner Stroh, went viral on TikTok on Monday for saying she felt “exploited” after allegedly having an affair with the “Girls Like You” singer.
She also claimed to Page Six exclusively that she and Levine had a “physical” relationship after she “graduated college in 2021.”
However, Levine immediately shut down Stroh’s claims, releasing a statement on Tuesday saying he “did not have an affair” but “crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life.”
“I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner,” the father of two also admitted.
Stroh, 23, did not appear to take kindly to his remarks, though, as she later cryptically posted on her Instagram Stories, “Someone get this man a dictionary.”
There seems to be some discrepancies over whether the pair actually met up in person, though, as the model released texts in which Levine allegedly told her, “You are 50 times hotter in person. And so am I hahahah.”
After Stroh’s claims went viral, two more women called out the “Memories” singer.

A woman named Alyson Rosef shared in a now-deleted TikTok video a message Levine allegedly sent her that read, “I shouldn’t be talking to you you know [that] right 😤?”
Then a comedian named Maryka took to her Instagram Story on Tuesday to share her alleged DMs with Levine, which read in part, “I’m now obsessed with you.”
The “Sugar” singer has not directly addressed the claims of the additional two women.
Levine, 43, has been married to Prinsloo, 34, since 2014 and they share two daughters: Dusty Rose, 5, and Gio Grace, 4. The couple announced earlier this month that they are expecting their third child.
Prinsloo is reportedly “very upset” over the claims that have come out about her husband.
However, the musician and the former Victoria’s Secret Angel were spotted together and in good spirits on Tuesday as they picked up their kids from school in Montecito, Calif.
