Todd Chrisley’s daughter Lindsie claims he extorted her over sex tape

Not so Daddy Dearest.

Todd Chrisley‘s estranged daughter, Lindsie Chrisley, is claiming that the reality star is trying to extort her with an alleged sex tape.

Lindsie, 29, filed a police report with local authorities claiming that Todd, 50, and her brother Chase were harassing her and threatening to release a sex tape of hers that Chase, 23, purchased, TMZ reports. She alleged in the report that they told her they would release the tape if she didn’t lie about an “incident” that occurred.

The “incident” was not specified, but Todd and his wife, Julie Chrisley, were charged with tax evasion and fraud earlier this week. Todd denied that he committed the crimes, and instead blamed an ex-employee for getting him into this predicament. Meanwhile, Chase was accused of owing $16,866.24 in back federal taxes from 2014 shortly after his parents were indicted.

“It’s heartbreaking and shameful that these kinds of accusations have to be aired in public,” the “Chrisley Knows Best” patriarch told Page Six on Friday. “We have tried to keep Lindsie’s extramarital relationships private for her sake since August of 2016. Sadly, for reasons we can only guess at, she ran to the sheriff’s office and then to the press to accuse her brother of buying a sex tape of her, which was a complete lie, and now she’s telling more lies about me. Although our hearts are broken, Lindsie is our daughter and we will always love her.”

Chase added, “I love my sister and I don’t understand why she’s doing this to our family. I am heartbroken over these false allegations by my sister — and they are totally false — and so are my parents and the rest of our family.”

Lindsie’s attorney told Page Six, “Lindsie would like nothing more than to be left alone and go about her own business. Unfortunately, certain members of her family will not let her live in peace. We are flabbergasted at the audacity of Todd and Chase Chrisley, who are more focused on attacking my client rather than defending themselves against the allegations of criminal conduct.”

“While it is not necessary to detail their repugnant actions, it is important to note that the allegations are of serious crimes against Lindsie,” the statement continued. “Lindsie has made a complaint of their acts to law enforcement, and she will provide them whatever they need in the course of their investigation into her family’s actions. Lindsie prays for a just outcome so that she can go forward with her life safe from those who are looking to do her harm.”
