Larry King and wife Shawn unloading $17M mansion after split

Larry King and estranged wife Shawn Southwick have listed their villa-like pile in Beverly Hills for a hair under $17 million, according to property records.

The ornate two-story mansion, with five bedrooms and a detached guest house, hit the market on Thursday —only a few months after the couple reportedly filed for divorce.

The radio and TV host, whose eponymous show airs on Hulu, and Southwick have owned the beige-painted Italianate-style home for over a decade, snapping it up in 2007 for $11.75 million, property records show.

Sprawled over 10,800 square feet, the mansion opens into a dramatic skylit foyer with a grand double staircase.

The home’s more traditional style includes a large wood-paneled living room with coffered ceilings and built-in shelving, while a kitchen in the same hue features top appliances and a massive center island, images show.

It’s also replete with Venetian plaster work, imported Italian limestone and tile floors, according to the listing with celebrity agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency.

The large master suite on the second floor includes a separate sitting room and dual bathrooms.

The half-acre estate also encompasses a large outdoor terrace and a pool adorned with two sculptural cherubs, images show.

King, 85, reportedly filed for divorce in August after 22 years of marriage to Southwick, his seventh wife. He could not immediately be reached for comment.
