Stoner comic Tommy Chong is helping Hurricane Harvey victims by putting up his tricked-out golf cart as the prize in a charity raffle.
The raffle’s being run by Angel’s Garage, which added metallic paint and colored lights. Proceeds will be shared with food banks in Texas.
“It’s the universe saying, ‘Excuse me, climate change is real, and this is what happens when Mother Nature gets pissed off,’ ” Chong tells us. “We have a president that is more concerned with black people kneeling during the national anthem than people kneeling to try and get water and food.”
