Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have listed their sprawling Bel Air pad — where they were “laying low” after being implicated in the college admissions scandal — for more than $28 million, according to a new report.
The actress and fashion designer quietly put their mansion, located in one of the ritziest areas of Los Angeles, on the market for $28,650,000, sources told TMZ on Thursday.
But the decision had “nothing” to do with the college admissions scandal or the celebrity pair’s upcoming trial, the sources said.
They are simply “following Mossimo’s passion for architecture,” the outlet reported.
The couple purchased the 12,000-square-foot estate, with six bedrooms and nine baths, for $13.9 million in 2015, according to the report.
They listed it for $35 million two years later, but took it off the market in July 2018, according to the report.
A source previously told People that Loughlin, 54, and Giannulli, 55, were “laying low” in the mansion ahead of their Boston court dates this past spring.
They also used the pad as collateral for their $2 million bail for the fraud charges they faced, according to the report.
Loughlin and Giannulli have been accused of paying $500,000 to admissions consultant Rick Singer to falsely submit their daughters, Olivia Jade, now 19, and Isabella, 20, as rowing recruits to the University of Southern California.
Both have pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.
If convicted, they could each face up to 20 years in prison. Their trials are expected to begin this year.
