Scarlett Johansson has been spotted all over the Hamptons lately with boyfriend and “Saturday Night Live” star Colin Jost.
East End regulars saw “The Avengers” star Thursday at Indian Wells Tavern in Amagansett, where she and Jost “were in the bar area noshing on wings and tacos.” But ScarJo took offense when a fan at another local haunt tried to take a photo.
A source told Page Six that when they snapped a pic of Johansson and Jost at famed watering hole Shagwong Tavern, quick-thinking Johansson flipped the fotog fan the bird. Joked the patron to us of the star giving the middle finger: “The ever gracious Scarlett Johansson with Colin Jost.” When we asked if ScarJo added any verbiage to the gesture, the source said, “No words needed. LOL.”
But Johansson says she was just waving at the fan. She told us through her rep: “It is so clearly me waving my hand at the person taking the picture! I know I would never point the middle finger at someone trying to take my pic unless it was a paparazzi.”
Johansson was also spotted at Crows Nest in Montauk on Friday hanging out with friends. “She went down to the beach and watched the sunset,” says a spy. No one was flipped off.
Jost owns a home in Montauk.
