Noel Gallagher may be 50, but that doesn’t mean he’s given up on being a rock star just yet.

Allegedly inspired by the Netflix series “Narcos,” the Oasis co-founder appeared to celebrate his big five-oh with a cocaine-themed birthday this weekend. In attendance were a number of big name guests like Madonna, Bono and Michael Fassbender. Not in attendance, though, were any of the musician’s family members, something which appears to have ticked off brother Liam to no end, reports Consequence of Sound.

“Re potatoes 50th he’s not invited none of his family not even his own mother says a lot about the man and his part planner pair of wankers,” the 44-year-old tweeted about the party earlier this month (“Potato” is the what he calls Noel when he’s trying to wind him up on Twitter).

But even if Liam had been invited, it doesn’t sound as if he would’ve wanted to attend.

“Who the f–k in [their right] mind broadcasts [their] having a cocaine themed party,” he also tweeted, before referring to a sex act.

Liam’s feelings appear to have softened slightly by the time Noel’s actual birthday rolled around on Monday, as he took to Twitter to wish his older brother a happy birthday.

Reps for Noel and Liam did not immediately return requests for comment.
