Ryan Seacrest is selling his Beverly Hills mansion for $85 million, TMZ reported on Monday.
The host, 45, put his 9,000-square-foot home on the market after buying it from Ellen DeGeneres for $39 million in 2012. The estate boasts four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a movie theater, a spa, a gym and a mediation garden.
Seacrest isn’t completely done with Los Angeles though — TMZ reported that he will still commute to host “American Idol.” He is currently living in New York, where he hosts “Live with Kelly and Ryan.”
Kurt Rappaport, the realtor for the deal, did not immediately get back to us.
