Gigi Hadid dismissed as juror in Harvey Weinstein’s trial

Supermodel Gigi Hadid was officially dismissed Thursday as a prospective juror in disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein’s rape and sex abuse trial.

The 24-year-old Victoria’s Secret model strolled into Manhattan Supreme Court on the eighth day of jury selection but was excused and left just 15 minutes later.

Hadid strutted out of the courthouse wearing her hair in a bun, gray jeans and clutching a Hermes bag.

The famed catwalker was selected as a potential juror on the case Monday and informed the court that she had met the fallen film mogul but assured both sides she could still be a fair and impartial juror.

“I think I’m still able to keep an open mind on the facts,” she had said.

After filling out a questionnaire, Justice James Burke told her to return Thursday along with 206 other panelists. But she and approximately 60 others were dismissed with the consent of both prosecutors and the defense after the lawyers reviewed the questionnaire.

Weinstein attorney Arthur Aidala later challenged Hadid’s ability to be impartial in a motion, arguing that the catwalker is good friends with Cara Delevingne, one of dozens of women to accuse Weinstein of sexual misconduct.

Delevingne alleged in a 2017 social media post that Weinstein had lured her into his hotel room and asked her to hook up with another woman in front of him. Then Weinstein allegedly tried to kiss her before she bolted from the room.

Jury selection continues Thursday.

Weinstein, 67, is charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of rape and one count of criminal sex act, stemming from the allegations from three women.

Opening statements are slated to begin Jan. 22.
