Luann de Lesseps has been blowing off probation requirements

Probation blows — but not for “Real Housewives of New York” star Luann de Lesseps, who, among a slew of probation violations, is failing to take all her sobriety breath tests, according to court documents obtained Saturday by The Post.

The “RHONY” star has not completed any of the four requirements assigned to her as part of her no-jail deal for her Christmas Eve ’17 drunken freakout in Palm Beach, Fla. — where she kicked a cop and shouted “I’m going to kill you all”— her New York probation officer complains in the Feb. 4 documents.

De Lesseps, 53, has missed half of her community service hours, skipped her sobriety class, and has not provided proof of attending AA meets, reveals the document — a six-month probation compliance report.

“The Countess” admitted in August to battery, trespassing and “disorderly intoxication” to avoid a jail sentence for getting busted with a man in a Palm Beach hotel room where neither had permission to be.

As part of her deal, she promised to perform 50 hours of community service, attend twice-weekly AA meetings, complete a Mothers Against Drunk Driving class and blow on schedule into a home “soberlink device.”

Six months later, de Lesseps has completed just 25 hours of her community service time, the papers say.

She has also “failed to provide documentation” that she going to AA twice a week, the papers say.

She has failed to complete the Mothers Against Drunk Driving class, at which she would have learned about the impact impaired driving has on victims, the papers say.

She also “has been noncompliant” with her breath-test requirements, the papers say.

As proof, New York probation submitted to Florida images of de Lesseps’ missed-test results from November 4, 5, 24 and 26.

Yet de Lesseps has maintained she is working hard on her sobriety, telling Page Six that for an upcoming “Real Housewives” trip, she’ll drink just “mocktails” — “which make me feel like I’m drinking.”

“I will be drinking Diet Coke with Jill Zarin,” she promised.

“Jill does not drink,” she said of her “RHONY” alum pal.

“I’m OK with people drinking around me,” she added. “You kind of get used to it.”

On Feb. 5, Florida Corrections officials, who monitor her probation, passed New York’s bad probation report on to a West Palm Beach judge with the explanation that “the subject has been allowed unlimited travel and has use [sic] that as a reason to be noncompliant with her conditions of supervision,” additional documents show.

The judge then signed off on the continuation of de Lessep’s New York probation on Feb. 6, checking a box reading, “No further action required. Continue supervision in the other state.”

The report also contains a small-print addenda from de Lesseps’ probation officer: “documentation regarding positive consumption of alcohol will be attached to next correspondence.”

But despite her less-than-stellar performance as a probationer, New York did little more than give de Lesseps a “verbal reprimand/Warning” regarding “loss of privilege, travel restriction,” the papers reveal.

De Lesseps often travels for her burlesque show and for her “RHONY”duties.

The Hamptons and Lincoln Square resident — the ex-wife of French aristocrat Count Alexandre de Lesseps —has been performing in Manhattan and has been meeting with probation officials at Manhattan Criminal Court.

De Lesseps did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
