Supreme Diana Ross is gunning for Mariah Carey’s spot as reigning queen of Christmas this year.

We’re told Ross is booked throughout the entire season and will be making several high-profile appearances and performances: The singer and her entire family, including daughter Tracee, son Evan, daughter-in-law Ashlee Simpson and grandkids, will appear at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade.

“They’ll be on the last float, before Santa,” an insider told Page Six.

Ross, who released her “Wonderful Christmas Time” holiday album in October, will also perform at the lighting ceremony for the Rockefeller Christmas tree on Nov. 28 and at NBC’s New Year’s Eve show before the ball drops.

“There are so many things I love about the holiday season . . . decorating the tree with the family, the lights, the mistletoe, having family and friends and lots of kids around with the sound of their laughter and the feeling of joy and fun,” Ross wrote in her album’s liner notes. “It’s a happy, happy time.”
