‘RHOP’ star Candiace Dillard marries Chris Bassett

Real Housewives of Potomac” star Candiace Dillard is off the market.

The former Miss United States wed fiancé Chris Bassett on Saturday, a rep for Bravo confirmed to Page Six.

The nuptials, held at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium in Washington D.C., encompassed a “cosmopolitan sophistication with a touch of southern class” theme, according to People. Joined by 260 guests, including a few of the bride’s “Housewives” cast mates, Dillard, 31, reportedly said “I do” in a custom Karen Sabag gown.

“To have everyone that I loved there was amazing,” Dillard said of her May 2017 engagement to Bassett on an episode of “Housewives.”” “It was really special to me that he cared enough to execute my dream.”

Shortly before tying the knot, Dillard spoke about the challenges of wedding planning to Bravo’s Daily Dish.

“I always knew that, for me, planning a wedding would be challenging because of my blended family and [being] raised by a dad and a stepdad and a mom who were instrumental in creating this magical person you see before you now. I had to pay homage to all of them, and it’s just been difficult to figure out how best to do that and not make anyone feel like they’re not important,” the former Miss United States said in June.

“I just assumed that I would’ve figured it out by now, but I’m still figuring it out. It’s been a stressful journey. Potomac is peas and carrots compared to this. I could do it in my sleep,” she continued.

This is Dillard’s first marriage and Bassett’s second. He also has three children from two previous relationships.
