Alex Rodriguez’s note to Jennifer Lopez after her Golden Globes 2020 loss

Jennifer Lopez is forever a “champion” to fiancé Alex Rodriguez.

After “Marriage Story” star Laura Dern defeated Lopez in the best-supporting actress race at Sunday’s Golden Globes, Rodriguez wrote a touching message to his “Hustlers”-star fiancée on Instagram.

“Jen, it doesn’t take a trophy, medal, or plaque to identify a true champion,” the former Yankee began. “To millions of young women who have watched you and have been inspired and empowered to do amazing things in their lives, you are a champion.

“For countless musicians, dancers, actresses, and performers who have seen and emulate your passion, drive and work ethic to find their own success, you are a champion.”

Rodriguez, who walked the Golden Globes red carpet with Lopez, concluded his post, “To everyone whose lives you enrich daily, you are a champion. And don’t you ever forget it.”

Lopez, 50, later responded to 44-year-old Rodriguez’s message, “You are my everything.”

The singer-actress, whose bold Valentino ensemble became a hot topic on Twitter during the show, got engaged to Rodriguez last March.
