Nicki Minaj is officially a Mrs.
On Monday, the 36-year-old rapper announced she and boyfriend Kenneth Petty are married, sharing a video on Instagram that featured matching “Mr.” and “Mrs.” mugs, as well as “Bride” and “Groom” caps.
“Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty 10•21•19,” Minaj captioned the clip.
Minaj, who has fueled wedding rumors over the past year, revealed in June that she and Petty, 41, a registered sex offender who was convicted for the attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl, had gotten their marriage license.
“We did get our marriage license,” Minaj said on her “Queen Radio” show on Apple Music. “I think I have what I was striving for, just happiness. It was so hard to get to a happy place. Now that I’m there I don’t want to compromise that for anyone or anything.”
In August, Minaj had changed her Twitter handle to Mrs. Petty. The couple made their romance Instagram official last December.
Reps for Minaj did not immediately return our request for comment.
