Actress Helen Hunt was hospitalized after the SUV she was in flipped over when it was t-boned in Los Angeles, according to police.
The four-time Emmy winner was among a number of people taken to a local hospital after the crash Wednesday afternoon, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to People.
The “Mad About You” star, 56, was examined at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center but discharged later that evening, the magazine said.
Video obtained by TMZ showed Hunt’s black SUV driving through an intersection — getting slammed by a car driving straight across its path, rolling over the SUV.
Hunt — who was shown talking to police after the crash in other footage — was the only passenger and was in the back of the SUV, TMZ said.
Hunt’s rep had no comment when contacted by People, the mag said.
