Sorry, not sorry.

Demi Lovato knocked out Fox Sports insider and MMA trainer Jay Glazer’s front tooth while he was wearing a mouthguard on Tuesday morning.
In a video posted to Instagram, Lovato giggles as Glazer, who trains NFL players in martial arts during the off-season, shows off a gap in his smile as he holds up a tooth and proudly shouts: “Demi knocked my tooth out!”
“I’m sorry,” Lovato said, to which Glazer playfully responded, “She’s not sorry,” before hugging the superstar.
They were training at Unbreakable Performance studio in West Hollywood.
The 26-year-old star — who is shaping up after a nearly fatal alleged overdose that led to a 90-day sting in rehab—has been training with Glazer for years and earned her blue belt in Jiu-jitsu in 2017.

“I love doing jiu-jitsu,” she told Elvis Duran in 2017. “I started training MMA, and a part of MMA is jiu-jitsu, so when I started learning I just fell in love with the sport … Being able to do the moves that you do and flow with people, it’s an art form and it’s really beautiful, and it takes my mind off of things that I stress about, [because] I’m constantly thinking: ‘What do I need to defend? What move can I make now?’ It’s like a game of chess.”
Since then, the “Cool for the Summer” singer has continued to find strength and power in fighting and turned to the sport after sobering up.
