Pharrell Williams isn’t going to be happy about this.

The Grammy Award winner, 41, is being sued by the producer of “ARTST TLK,” a popular YouTube show he hosted for a season, reports TMZ.

In the lawsuit, the producer, who is not named, claims that he was kicked to the curb after Williams landed a spot as a coach on the upcoming seventh season of “The Voice.”

It was then that the pop star informed the producer that he’d be unable to continue with the series because of the reality talent show’s exclusivity clause.

“Holding me to a contract that prohibits ‘The Voice’ exclusivity requirement?  It’s ‘The Voice!'” he claims singer wrote him in an email.

Williams, though, feels that the lawsuit is bogus.

“This is complete nonsense. It’s unfortunate when you try to help a friend and they wind up trying to take advantage of you,” a rep for the artist told the website.

It’s clear why the producer is steamed, as “ARTST TLK” was a hit. During its 12-episode first season, it garnered more than 1.7 million views.
