Action Bronson might be the next Anthony Bourdain

Action Bronson is giving Anthony Bourdain a run for his money.

In the Web series “F–k That’s Delicious” (on VICE’s food channel, Munchies), the 30-year-old rapper — who so frequently boasts of lavish meals and his own culinary prowess that Bon Appétit once catalogued all the food references he made on a mixtape — takes viewers on illuminating tours of his favorite spots that have drawn comparisons to the former “No Reservations” host.

“[Bourdain’s] incredible. He’s definitely a big inspiration,” Bronson told Page Six at Taste Talks’ All-Star BBQ in Brooklyn on Sunday. “Andrew Zimmern also. Even before, like his old shows, like ‘A Cook’s Tour.'”

At the event, Bronson — who went to culinary school and worked in restaurant kitchens before he made his name as an emcee — cooked alongside Michael White‘s team to create a porchetta “kraw prow” tigelle, made with Thai-spiced porchetta, crispy watercress and tigelle.

Another inspiration? Mario Batali’s Food Network show “Molto Mario,” which ran from 1996 to 2010.

“‘Molto Mario’ was the show that sparked my entire interest in cooking. I would watch that religiously before I went to high school in the morning, like [how] kids would watch ‘Saved By the Bell.’ Every morning. 7 a.m.,” he explained.

As for what he considers the best restaurant in New York right now, Bronson stayed loyal to his fellow chefs: “I’m gonna go with Marea. I’m gonna go with Ai Fiore … so any Michael White establishment.”
