‘The Situtation’ is ordered into anger management classes

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was humbled after his court appearance Monday.

The “Jersey Shore” alum, 31, stood before a judge in Middletown, New Jersey, and was given 12 weeks of anger management after assaulting his brother, Frank, in June, TMZ reports.

“If that’s what’s needed, I’m willing to abide by the court’s rules and maybe it will help me out,” he told the gossip website’s cameras upon exiting the courthouse.

Sorrentino was hauled off to jail on June 17 following a dispute at one of the family’s tanning salons. He was charged with simple assault for a brawl involving his brother and his bail was set at $500.

He also walked away with a shiner on his right eye from his mother, who landed the unintentional punch trying to break up the fight.

Sorrentino returns to reality television in “The Sorrentinos,” which airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on TVGN.
