Could Taylor Swift be moving further into Hollywood movies? The pop star was seen meeting with Steven Spielberg and his family at East Hampton Grill on Monday night.

The director was at the eatery with his wife Kate Capshaw, stepdaughter Jessica Capshaw and some of his staffers when Swift arrived with an entourage including “four girls and a skinny guy with a mustache.”

Spielberg had previously met Swift at a Beverly Hills charity gala, and “Kate invited Swift and her pals to join them,” a source said. The restaurant’s staff put two tables together to accommodate the group.

“Taylor and Steven were in deep conversation the whole time,” our witness reports, adding they stayed from 8 to 10:30 p.m. Spielberg donned a fedora as he was leaving.

Swift recently filmed “The Giver” for the Weinstein Company, co-starring Meryl Streep, Katie Holmes and Jeff Bridges.

Spielberg’s upcoming projects as a director include an untitled Cold War film with Tom Hanks as a CIA-hired attorney, and an adaptation of Roald Dahl’s book “The BFG.”
