Motherhood looks good on Kerry Washington.
On Wednesday, the new mom and “Scandal” star, 37, stepped out for her first red-carpet appearance since quietly giving birth to a baby girl in late April.
Washington attended the 2014 Crystal + Lucy Awards, where she was honored with the excellence in television award. She paired a simple black top (that boasted a plunging neckline) with a Jackson Pollock-inspired skirt and bright orange heels.
She arrived to the ceremony without her husband, Nnamdi Asomugha, whom she married in June 2013.
