Peter Sarsgaard made a statement at a screening for wife Maggie Gyllenhaal’s miniseries “The Honorable Woman,” about a woman trying to make peace between Israel and Palestine.
Sarsgaard arrived to Wednesday’s Cinema Society event at the Crosby Hotel in a white tee with peace signs drawn in magic marker.
“My kids made it,” he explained. “I told them I wanted a peace sign T-shirt. I said there’s a lot of war going on, and I wanted my message to be simple.”
We’re told Gyllenhaal loved it.
