Activist investor hunting for pricey Manhattan pad

After buying a Hamptons mansion for a record $147 million, activist investor Barry Rosenstein is on the hunt for expensive properties in Manhattan.

The Post revealed Rosenstein, of Jana Partners, bought Christopher H. Browne’s estate in East Hampton.

Now Page Six has learned he is looking for a huge new apartment in Manhattan, costing around $60 million.

Rosenstein, who lives at 15 Central Park West, was not happy to be included in a recent book that gossiped about the wealthy inhabitants of the building, and complained that a party for the book was held there.

A rep for Rosenstein, when asked why he was on such a spree, declined to comment other than to yell at Page Six, “I am getting sick of you.”
