Gayle King and Norah O’Donnell celebrated the women who run New York at a party for Gotham magazine’s Women of Influence issue.
The “CBS This Morning” anchors hosted the bash Thursday at Villard Michel Richard at the New York Palace.
King and O’Donnell appear on the cover and join 48 other power women on Gotham’s list.
Also there was the city’s first lady, Chirlane McCray, who said, “In this administration, women have a real voice in what happens in this city, and one of those women is me. [Mayor] Bill [de Blasio] really gets it. He was raised by three strong women, his mother and his two aunts. So he understands the value of female leadership and you can see it already by the choices he is making.”
