Not even Kevin Connolly breaking his leg in two places while playing football with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson could stop the “Entourage” movie.
Debi Mazar, who reprises the role of press agent Shauna, said Connolly was injured in March on-set in LA with Wilson, who makes a cameo in the film. Connolly bravely tried to shoulder on with the injury, iced his leg and went back to work on the next scene.
Mazar said, “They didn’t know it was broken at first, they were shooting and he didn’t get it looked at right away, which made it worse. He’s a trouper.” She added that shooting with the cast and director Doug Ellin was “like a high-school reunion.”
The film’s due in June 2015.
