Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are preparing for their first child with some new digs.
The betrothed couple just purchased a $10.215 million dollar house located in a gated community in Beverly Hill’s exclusive 90210 neighborhood, reports Us Weekly.
Nestled in lush greenery, the two-story house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, and features a giant porch, a pool and offers plenty of privacy.
“The house is perfect for a family,” a source told the magazine, noting that it has “hiking trails that they can get to just outside their front door.”
The source also called the house very traditional and kid-friendly, worlds away from the last couple properties Kutcher, 36, has called home. The “Two and a Half Men” star recently listed his sleek Hollywood hills bachelor pad for $12 million.
The new home is just another example of Kutcher’s preparations for fatherhood.
During a recent appearance on “Ellen,” Kunis, 30, joked about how the dad-to-be had gone of the way to be accommodating to her “weird” food cravings. He’s also been taking Russian — the Ukraine-born Kunis’ native tongue — lessons for the last six months.
