“Glee” fans shouldn’t expect any duets from Lea Michele and Naya Rivera during the show’s sixth and final season.
A confrontation on April 15 between the two actresses was just the latest episode in a never-ending feud, reports Us Weekly.
“They’re always icy to each other,” an unnamed source told the magazine. “Naya is jealous that Lea is the show’s main star.”
In an example of fiction becoming reality, Michele’s character Rachel and Rivera’s character Santana are also rivals on Fox’s long-running musical dramedy.
The source said neither actress bothers to hide their displeasure with the other, while another insider said that neither actress can help talking about the other.
“They talk behind each other’s backs — a lot,” the insider said. “They hate each other.”
Rivera’s life has recently become just as dramatic as her character’s. Earlier this month, she and rapper Big Sean called off their engagement.
