Daniel Boulud took a day to celebrate his 59th birthday outside of his own kitchen Tuesday.
The top toque and a pal were spotted having lunch at the Four Seasons Restaurant.
Spies said they ordered a “tremendous amount of food,” including crispy oysters, crab cakes, and king salmon, followed by a mound of the Four Seasons’ classic cotton candy.
Boulud didn’t leave the lunch till 4 p.m.
