Julie Gayet, French president François Hollande’s alleged mistress, has landed in New York.
The actress will appear at a Q&A Saturday night for her documentary, in which she interviews 20 female filmmakers.
Her affair with Hollande was exposed when a magazine pictured him meeting her wearing a motorcycle helmet, forcing his split with longtime love Valérie Trierweiler.
Catherine Deneuve also debuted her latest film at the Rendez-Vous with French Cinema festival, which is presenting Gayet’s flick.
