Bradley Cooper went commando at last week’s White House state dinner for French President François Hollande.
The “American Hustle” actor attended the fancy dinner with girlfriend Suki Waterhouse, but without underpants — after gaining 15 pounds for a role.
“They were crazy-town tight,” Cooper told Ellen DeGeneres about his pants.
He admitted, “I had to go commando.”
He explained he got up to shake hands with President Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry and other dignitaries including Hollande — recently caught with his own pants down with French actress Julie Gayet — by carefully twisting his body so as not to rip the seams of his tuxedo trousers.
“It was a nightmare,” Cooper added.
