Anthony Weiner lashes out at broker over apartment hunt

Disgraced pol Anthony Weiner has lashed out after Page Six revealed he and Huma Abedin are searching for a smaller apartment.

We reported Tuesday the couple were moving out of the $3.3 million Park Avenue South pad they have been renting from Democratic donor Jack Rosen for an estimated $12,000 to $14,000 month, and viewed a three-bedroom, 2 ¹/₂ -bath apartment at 340 E. 23rd St. listed for $8,000 a month.

CitiHabitats broker Brian Morgan — who repped the building, not Weiner — told us at the time that husband and wife were pleasant, but Abedin did most of the talking: “He didn’t talk much; she was very nice. She was in control. She was asking all the questions and was way more vocal.”

This put Weiner in a foul mood.

He posted on Twitter Wednesday, “If no class brokers are your thing, here ya go,” meaning Morgan.

It was unclear if he was more unhappy about Morgan discussing their apartment search with us, or his claim that Huma wears the pants in their relationship. The broker calmly responded, “I would never call Page Six about a client of mine . . . I don’t even know him. I met him for like five minutes. I spoke to his wife, who was lovely.”
