Life’s a beach, unless you’re Taylor Swift’s neighbor

Taylor Swift is annoying neighbors with construction at her $17 million Watch Hill, R.I., home. Swift is “rearranging the rocky coastline” by the 11,000-square-foot mansion in order to build a seawall, according to Connecticut’s The Day newspaper.
“One giant machine, part crane, was lifting big appliance-size boulders up out of the ocean with its mechanical claw and moving them,” said the report. “With all the earth movers working, you might think they were building a landing strip or a mall.”
Swift bought the eight-bedroom mansion after dumping her Hyannis Port, Mass., house next door to the Kennedy compound, following her split with Conor Kennedy.
One reason she might require a higher wall? Shortly after she bought the pad, a stalker was arrested for trespassing after he swam his way onto the property at 2 a.m.
