FORMER New Jersey Gov. Jim McGreevey has done some kooky things, but bribing a guard to get into a “Hannah Montana” concert isn’t one of them. “Is he nuts?” McGreevey said, after reading here about a BlogTalkRadio report that he tried to “pay a security guard” to let him into the show at Newark’s Prudential Center. “We already had tickets . . . In fact, the stubs are still hanging on our refrigerator door,” said McGreevey, who took daughter Jacqueline to the event last year. “Jacqueline likes to keep them there as a memento. For me, they represent an experience I hope not to have to repeat anytime soon. It’s insane. The place was full of 1,200 screaming little girls.”
