Janice Min, the former Us Weekly editrix, has sold her prewar condo at 285 Lafayette St. for $7.3 million and is moving to LA with her hubby, Peter Sheehy, reports The Post’s Jennifer Gould Keil. Min wants to be close to her family — and projects like a celeb-mom blog. The fifth-floor loft comes with 1890s, rough-hewn oak beams, a chef’s kitchen, a deep soaking tub — and neighbors like David Bowie and Iman. Min bought the 3,795-square-foot, two-bedroom loft for $4 million in 2005. The buyer is a secretive New York family. Brokers William Grant and Jill Mangone of Brown Harris Stevens had no comment.
