The latest cast member to join “The Real Housewives of New York City,” Jennifer Gilbert, isn’t wasting time stirring up some real legal drama. Gilbert, who runs corporate event-planning company Save the Date, is suing Hattie Elliot, founder of matchmaking site Save the Date(ing), for trademark infringement.

Elliot told us, “I’m not surprised about the lawsuit at all. It appears to be a continuing pattern of bullying tactics being employed by Jennifer Gilbert. I believe the lawsuit is without merit, and I intend to vigorously contest the allegations.”
Gilbert was not available for comment.
