The Hamptons summer party scene is coming into focus. Mark Birnbaum and Eugene Remm, owners of Abe & Arthur’s and SL, have signed a contract to take over Saturday nights at Georgica in East Hampton. Meanwhile, Noah Tepperberg and Jason Strauss, owners of Marquee and Avenue, will be running Dune in Southampton for the fourth summer and are also in talks to open a restaurant/lounge elsewhere in the town. Finally, The Eldridge owner Matt Levine tells Page Six he’ll operate a new venue, Boathouse, in the East Hampton space once home to restaurant Bostwick’s.
