David Cameron’s people keep him away from Lloyd Blankfein

British Prime Minister David Cameron‘s handlers were pretty careful at a photo op at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square last week. A source said Cameron’s people insisted they didn’t want Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO Lloyd Blankfein to be seated next to him — in fact, they didn’t want Blankfein in the photo at all. Getting the seat next to Cameron instead was Bank of NY Mellon CEO Bob Kelly. Published photos showed only Blankfein’s back across a table from Cameron. Less radioactive guests included Nasdaq chairman H. Furlon Baldwin, JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon and Morgan Stanley CEO James Gorman.
