Conan O’Brien has cut his last tie to New York. The talk-show host, who moved back to LA after negotiating his exit deal from NBC, finally sold his large duplex at the Majestic co-op on Central Park West to Discovery Communications CEO David Zaslav. Sources tell us the seven-bedroom, eight-bath corner penthouse went for less than its $29.5 million asking price, in the low- to mid-$20 million range. The south-facing duplex boasts three terraces and dramatic park views. One source said, “David and Conan know each other well. David was at NBC for 20 years before he moved to Discovery.”
