Julie Chen‘s new gig as a co-host on the new CBS daytime show “The Talk” doesn’t come with job security, despite being married to boss Les Moonves. In addition to hosting “Big Brother” and pre-taped duties on “The Early Show,” Chen will join Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne and Leah Remini this fall on “The Talk.” But at a critics’ event in Beverly Hills Chen said, “Leslie said to me, ‘Babes, most of these things don’t work out’ . . . And I am saying, ‘Are you telling me I am going to be unemployed after 13 weeks?’ “
