As oil continues to spill into the Gulf of Mexico with no end in sight until August, the Hamptons are taking action. Actress Lois Robbins will host a “Splash” party for marine advocacy group Oceana on July 10 at her Water Mill home with husband Andrew Zaro. “Law & Order” legend Sam Waterston will emcee the event, and Hamptonites Vera Wang and Arthur Becker, Sandi and Andrew Farkas, Julie and Billy Macklowe, and Jonathan and Lizzie Tisch are expected to attend. Jackson Browne will provide the entertainment.
