Mel Gibson‘s ex, Oksana Grigorieva, has obtained a domestic violence restraining order against the star — while he got his own order stopping her from talking about their relationship. In LA family court on Monday, Grigorieva’s lawyers told the judge that Gibson got violent with her. The order reportedly relates to an incident in January, three months before they split. Then, lawyers for Gibson — who denied any violent behavior — struck back by getting a restraining order against Grigorieva, the mother of his 7-month-old daughter, Lucia, banning her from saying anything about him and their relationship. The Australian actor, 54, broke up with Russian musician Grigorieva, 40, in April after the couple had been together more than a year. Gibson’s spokesman, Alan Nierob, declined to comment.
