Incoming NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton was spotted there on Thursday night with his lawyer wife, Rikki Klieman, and chatting with Robin Hood 702, the mysterious gambler who hands out money to poor families, and his “Lady Greice” Santo. When they were told, “Welcome back to New York,” Rikki said, “I can’t believe we’re back.’’
While we are told that Bratton, outgoing top cop Ray Kelly and Mayor Bloomberg have been to Rao’s many times, a source says Rudy Giuliani has never, ever come in. A source said, “[As US Attorney] he put a lot of guys in the neighborhood away.”
