Now that reality star turned talk show host Bethenny Frankel has a new man in her life– she wants a divorce judge to kick her estranged hubby to the curb, according to court records.
Frankel, a former Real Housewives of NY star, filed a motion for exclusive occupancy of the 3,400 square foot luxury Tribeca loft she shares with estranged hubby Jason Hoppy.
The Skinnygirl guru, in an itsy bitsy bikini, was seen frolicking with financier boyfriend Michael Cerussi in Miami on New Years Eve.
Frankel originally allowed Hoppy to continue living their $5 million Hudson Street to be close to their 3-year-old daughter Bryn after she filed for divorce last year.
The estranged couple avoided making eye contact in Manhattan Supreme Court Friday before presenting their case to matrimonial Judge Ellen Gesmer over their living arrangement.
Judge Gesmer huddled behind closed doors with their attorneys– powerhouse lawyers Eleanor Alter, who repped Mia Farrow in her divorce from Woody Allen, and Allan Mayefsky, who handled Katie Holmes’ split with Tom Cruise.
Meanwhile Frankel, decked out in a quilted leather miniskirt and red-toed stilletos, sat out of sight from her hubby, her head buried in paperwork.
Hoppy chatted casually with a close friend, who was the best man from the couple’s 2010 wedding before the court appearance.
