Emma Watson is clearly moving on since her split with boyfriend of two years Will Adamowicz. Following reports that the “Harry Potter” star, 23, has found new love in Oxford University rugby star Matthew Janney, she’s searching for a Manhattan pad.
She was spotted Monday viewing properties in a new building at 150 E. 72nd St., which has apartments priced at up to $15 million.
Watson has been looking for a while: In 2012, she was seen viewing Upper East Side apartments near Central Park.
