Raining candy on Alec Baldwin for texting during movie

It was rough treatment for the boys at the Hamptons Film Festival. While Madonna glided through the back door at a screening for Natalie Portman‘s “Black Swan” on Sunday, Alec Baldwin, Harvey Weinstein and Bruce Weber faced a mob scene at the entrance. Weinstein, whose “Blue Valentine” is regarded as a possible Oscar Best Picture nominee, was hassled at the entrance for not carrying a Founder’s badge to the festival he helped create. Once inside Baldwin, Weinstein and Weber were relaxed and mingled with other guests. Earlier, at “Blue Valentine” on Saturday, an annoyed filmgoer pelted Baldwin with M&M’s for texting his way through the movie. A source said, “He was on his phone the whole time, and the light was disturbing others. But he stopped quickly once somebody started throwing M&M missiles.” Also at the star- studded screenings were Edie Falco, James Franco, Emma Roberts, Freida Pinto, Howard Stern and Beth Ostrosky.
