Steve Madden walked into the Footwear News Achievement Awards at MoMA Wednesday night wearing an “Occupy Wall Street” hat (ironic since the shoe maven served time behind bars for insider trading). But he poked fun at his time in the slammer during an acceptance speech for a company-of-the-year honor, joking, “I’m not allowed on the board . . .
