Christie, ex getting childish

Warring exes Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook have gone back into battle — he just filed a 91-page court document packed with explosive insults and petty complaints to counter the supermodel’s claim that he owes her child support, sources say.

Sources familiar with the mammoth affidavit, filed this week in Suffolk County Supreme Court, say that Cook — who made headlines for admitting he had an affair with an 18-year-old — says Brinkley is seeking more than $32,000 to reimburse her for expenses for their two kids, including school tuition and summer camp fees.

But Cook insists it’s Brinkley who should payhim. His voluminous response endlessly catalogs everything from name-calling — he calls her a “narcissistic egomaniac” and complains Brinkley calls him “truly narcissistic” — to niggling about iPhone plans, family vacations and even the $34.65 Cook paid for boat storage.

Cook also alleges Brinkley has made him “the scapegoat for all the evils in her life,” a source says. He states he cared for their kids for five months while Brinkley was performing in “Chicago,” and he shouldn’t have to pay child support during that time — and Brinkley should pay him $25,000.

His filing claims that Brinkley even wrote an e-mail to their son, saying that Cook “is jealous of my Broadway and London success.”

Another source close to Brinkley says, “It seems Peter’s at it again, filing a desperate, mind-numbing 90-page motion responding to her request for him to get up to date on child support, accusing Brinkley of all sorts of things. She has been fending off Cook’s attacks since their divorce.”

The paperwork reveals Cook is still stewing about slights dating back to their divorce — he even complains that she told the press outside the court to “Google ‘Divorcing a narcissist.’ ”

A rep for Brinkley had no comment. Cook told us, “I can’t comment on any of that,” and his lawyer did not return calls.
