Lady Gaga’s ex-boyfriend Luc Carl has been bounced from his troubled three-floor rock bar, Ludlow Manor, on the Lower East Side. The former bartender and “Drunk Diet” author opened the bar with business partner Georgie Seville in November, but it abruptly closed a month later, after it was found that Ludlow Manor didn’t have a liquor license for its top two floors. Explaining the snafu as an “operational oversight . . . that occurred simply due to an excitement surrounding the opening,” management of the space at 95 Delancey St. says it has brought in Paul Seres to run it as a tapas restaurant, now called The DL. Carl is out and “has moved on to some new projects. The departure was amicable.”
